Reduced-power workouts contain light running, walking, lifting, etc. If youare not "in-shape", you'll likely be doing more of the latter. That's fine for the present time. Dash for half of a minute, stroll for a minute, sprint for half a minute, etc. Experience a bike slowly for a couple units, experience it rapidly, go slow again, etc. Try performing interval workouts in thirty minute times a couple of days weekly.
